Where to Start

1. You’ve already taken the first step by seeking us out!

2. Next, fill out the Contact Form found in the menu bar above. Once it is completed in its entirety, the form is sent directly to Play OnWords.

3. Once we receive the form, we will send you a Welcome email with instruction on how to go in to your private, HIPPA-compliant, patient portal. 

            - Follow the link to Portal

            - Create a password

            - Log in

            - Complete the intake form

​

4. We will reach out to schedule the initial evaluation appointment, after which your therapist will complete a written report with recommendations regarding how best to proceed.

5. If recommended, we will schedule a reoccurring, weekly appointment for your child to participate in therapy!
